What is a superfood? What makes them super and why are they super for me?
A superfood is a food that's considered to be particularly good for your health or wellbeing. They're quite faddy though; people tend to jump onto them because they claim to be good for one thing in particular - like shiny hair, or soft skin. The reality is that your body will use the nutrients from these foods for whatever they need the most! So if you're eating something to give you shiny hair, but your adrenal glands need those nutrients more, your adrenal glands may take them!
