This is a big question! And the answer is: there's lots wrong with it. Apart from the fructose aspect, the main issue is that we don't always know when we're eating it. Like, when a product says "Sugar-Free", don't always believe it! It may not be sugary in those words, but it may contain chemical sugars which can cause some serious damage to your body over time.
