This is simply wonderful bread! Use it for whatever you fancy! Sandwiches, toasties, bruschetta, with soup, beans on toast, cheese on toast - the list is endless! It is lovely as sandwiches for two days after it has been baked, after this it’s best enjoyed toasted.
