This is delicious served on a bed of fresh dressed leaves and topped with a poached egg. We love to garnish our Aprés Shackshuka with feta, natural yoghurt, fresh coriander, dill, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and lentil sprouts! Alternatively, along with the garnishes above, you can top with avocado & wilted spinach!
