This is simply wonderful bread! Use it for whatever you fancy - sandwiches, toasties, bruschetta, with soup, beans on toast, cheese on toast - the list is endless! It is lovely as sandwiches for a couple of days after it's been baked, and after that it’s best enjoyed toasted.
You can make rolls / baps / buns or a 2lb loaf from your dough
You can either get this full bread kit or our Apres Bread Flour Blend only and then you provide the rest of the ingredients (yeast, extra virgin olive oil & sugar - we use coconut sugar but you can use caster or granulated).
Your kit contains:
Aprés flour blend, yeast, coconut sugar, flour for dusting, a sheet of baking paper, instructions sheet
You will need: a 2lb loaf tin or baking sheet, olive oil, a mixer (Kitchen Aid or similar with a dough hook) - if not, a good strong hand and wrist!
