Our chocolate chunk and banana cake is delicious enjoyed at room temperature. However you may fancy it slightly warm which is even better - this is how we like to serve it!

You will need:
3 Eggs150g Butter (we use goats, but usewhatever kind you like)
Equipment you'll need: a large saucepan, a bowl, a whisk, a potato masher, a 2lb loaf tin (this will also work in an oven proof wok, or roud tin with similar volume)
