This is a savoury tart and we fill it with different seasonal vegetables. We like to serve our tart with a delicious dressed salad with all sorts of things - rocket, watercress, cherry tomatoes, coleslaw, spring onions, pomegranates, avocado, cucumber and pimp it up with lots of fresh herbs and a drizzle of lemon juice (and, bonus, lemon juice encourages the absorption of iron from the salad leaves!).
