It’s all about understanding what each of us needs to eat to work towards peak health, whilst also having an understanding of what may contribute to dysfunction in our own body and what this looks like for us.
Anxiety, problems sleeping, putting on weight, lack of energy, skin issues and lots more tend to occur not only as a result of dysfunction somewhere in the body, but may be due to what we are eating or not eating. This may ultimately then contribute to a much more serious health issue or chronic illness.
