This is simply wonderful bread - use it for whatever you fancy! Sandwiches, filled rolls, toasties, bruschetta, with soup, beans on toast, cheese on toast - the list is endless! It is lovely as sandwiches / rolls for two days after it's been baked, after this it’s best enjoyed toasted.
