Catherine (DipION), our co-founder, is a respected accredited Nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, with years of experience as a chef. Catherine’s food is pioneering and inspiring; she uses all of her knowledge, experience & understanding to underpin our menus, with the principles of functional nutrition.
We are friends, who met in a restaurant and bonded over our love of food and the transformational impact of Functional Nutritional Medicine. We are experts in both taste and nutrition, creating food that is right on the cutting edge and is therefore good in every sense. Our mission is our customers’ well-being – we truly believe in the power of optimum health so our menu is nutritionally superior. We have a deep passion for what we do; we talk the talk and we walk the walk. This is not a fad. We created Après to be accessible and inspirational, not unattainable.
We don’t like to be theoretical, intimidating, judgemental or exclusive. We are making a positive change, creating a new style of eating and living. Our brand stands for delicious, honest and comforting, our food is for everyone.
