This recipe makes 4-6 portions and it takes around 20 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook. You can keep this in a covered container in your fridge for up to 3 days! (It doesn’t like the freezer though)

Your kit contains:

1 head of cauliflower
1 large onion
1 lemon 
Unsulphured apricots

A tub of:
Cardamom pods
Bay leaves
Pink Himalayan salt

A tub of:
Toasted flaked almonds
Toasted pistachios

Ingredients you will need:

½ tablespoon coconut oil or EV olive oil

A splash of water

Ingredients you will need to garnish like a pro:

Fresh coriander leaves - slightly chop down as many as you fancy

Spoonful of coconut yoghurt per person

Finely sliced Thai red chilli (or any chilli of your choice)

Lemon juice & EV olive oil

Equipment you'll need: a medium sized saucepan
