This recipe makes around 12 fritters, depending how big you like them!
This is delicious served on a bed of fresh dressed leaves, such as rocket and watercress, and we like to top them with a softly poached egg and garnish with some fresh herbs, pink salt, chilli and some chilli jam!
Your kit contains:
In a pre-mixed box: *Aprés flour blend, baking powder, sweet smoked paprika, Pink Himalayan Salt, ground black pepper
Courgettes, sweetcorn, spring onions
You will need:
Wet ingredients: 3 Eggs, 225ml oat milk (or any milk of your choice). 375ml water, ½ tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of coconut oil (or oil of your choice), fresh herbs of your choice if you fancy them
