Our pancakes are delicious as sweet or savoury dishes. We like to serve them with a generous drizzle of coconut blossom, streaky bacon or sausages and a softly poached egg, garnished with some fresh herbs and lentil sprouts. Or, if you fancy something sweet, they’re amazing with coconut blossom, coconut yoghurt, some blueberry compote and a sprinkle of mixed toasted nuts!
