This recipe serves 4 people and makes around 16 pancakes, depending on how big you like them!
Our pancakes are delicious as sweet or savoury dishes. We like to serve them with a generous drizzle of coconut blossom, streaky bacon or sausages and a softly poached egg, garnished with some fresh herbs and lentil sprouts. Or, if you fancy something sweet, they’re amazing with coconut blossom (or Maple syrup), coconut yoghurt, some blueberry compote and a sprinkle of toasted mixed nuts!
Your kit contains:
In a pre-mixed box: - Apres Flour blend - Coconut sugar - Baking powder - Pink Himalayan salt
You will need:
Wet ingredients: 3 Eggs 225ml oat milk (or any milk of your choice) 375ml water 1/2 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of coconut oil ( or oil of your choice)

2 bowls, a whisk, a frying pan
