Organic Slow Cooked Beef Bourguignon

Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.

Remove the outer sleeve. Pierce the film in a few places.

Air-Fry: Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F. Place the container into the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 18-20 minutes from chilled or 30 minutes from frozen. Carefully remove the film and air-fry for a further 3 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. 

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Remove outer sleeve, pierce the film in a few places. Place the container onto a flat baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes from chilled or 30 minutes from frozen. Carefully remove the film and cook for a further 8-10 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave 700W: Remove outer sleeve, pierce the film in a few places. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 2.5-3 minutes from chilled or 5-6 minutes from frozen. Carefully peel back the film, stir, replace the film and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Caution: Steam under the film may be very hot. 

Treat these cooking instructions as guidelines, as air-fryers, ovens and microwaves vary. Please always ensure your meal is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

FROZEN date – see side of pack. Defrost in a fridge overnight.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
