ALLERGENS

 

We’re here to help you make informed choices. So please do let us know if you have any allergies we should be aware of. We will do our best to advise you but cannot guarantee the absence of nuts or any other allergens in any of our dishes.

All our food is delivered with allergen & ingredient details clearly labelled. Our kitchen and menus are entirely free from gluten, meaning there is no risk of cross contamination. If you need any more information at this stage, please do email us.

Please note that apart from wheat and gluten, our kitchen handles all known allergens. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.

STORAGE

 

Chilled: keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume by the Use By Date. Frozen: store below -18°C and consume within 12 months of the Use By date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase or before the Use By date - see  base of the pack. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and use on the same day.

Unfortunately, orders are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Deliveries are left at customers own risk.
