Organic Lamb & Beef Kofta with Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables

Organic kofta (50.3%) (organic, free-range, pasture-fed lamb mince (35%), organic, free-range, pasture-fed beef mince (35%), onions, red pepper (10%), almonds (nuts) (3.5%), walnuts (nuts) (3.5%), coriander seeds, fresh coriander, fresh parsley, pink himalayan salt*, cumin, cinnamon, ground cloves, white pepper), mediterranean vegetables (33.6%) (ingredients: aubergine (34.8%), courgette (34.8%), tomatoes (29%), extra virgin olive oil, pink himalayan salt*), marinated carrots (10%) (ingredients: carrots, lemon juice, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, fresh coriander), dressing (5%) (ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, broccoli, coconut sugar, fresh coriander (3.9%), lemon juice, fresh parsley, fresh mint, lemon zest, garlic, cumin, pink himalayan salt*), fresh parsley, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice. Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.

Remove the outer sleeve. Pierce the film in a few places.

Air-Fry: Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F. Place the container into the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 15 minutes from chilled or 25–30 minutes from frozen. Carefully remove the film and air-fry for a further 3–5 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Remove outer sleeve, pierce the film in a few places. Place the container onto a flat baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes from chilled or 40 minutes from frozen. Carefully remove the film and cook for a further 5 minutes to crisp up the koftas. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave 700W: Remove outer sleeve, pierce the film in a few places. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 3.5–4 minutes from chilled or 4–4.5 minutes from frozen. After cooking, carefully remove film and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Caution: Steam under the film may be very hot.

Treat these cooking instructions as guidelines, as air-fryers, ovens and microwaves vary, please always ensure your meal is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat

Frozen: keep frozen below -18°C and consume by the use by date - see side of pack

 

Defrost in a fridge overnight. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
