What could be more satisfying than a fabulous homemade meatball. These little koftas are roasted with their edges beautifully caramelised, just like an Eastern Mediterranean meatball should be. Delicious with our roasted mediterranean vegetables, wrap in a fluffy warm flatbread and add a dollop of yoghurt to serve!
