British, pasture-fed lamb with carrots, swede and peas and a creamy roast cauliflower and potato topping.

Air-Fry: Preheat the air-fryer to 190°C/350°F. Remove outer sleeve and pierce the film in a few places. Place the container into the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 20–25 minutes from chilled or 35–40 minutes from frozen, remove the film and continue to cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until piping hot and beginning to brown. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 190°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove outer sleeve and pierce the film in a few places. Place the container onto a flat baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 20–25 minutes from chilled or 35–40 minutes from frozen, remove the film and continue to cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until piping hot and beginning to brown. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave 700W: Remove outer sleeve, pierce the film in a few places. Place on a microwavable plate and cook for 4–5 minutes from chilled or 6–7 minutes from frozen, or until piping hot. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Caution: Steam under the film may be very hot.

FROZEN Keep frozen below -18°C and consume by the best before date – see side of pack. Defrost in a fridge overnight.
